Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Rivoryn Limited is committed to making AICVS usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or high-contrast modes. Accessibility is treated as part of quality, not a retrofit.

We take the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard, and we track the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as they apply to our service.

2. Current status

Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the service do not yet fully meet the standard. Our assessment is internal and based on manual keyboard and screen-reader checks plus automated tooling — it has not been verified by an independent auditor.

3. Known limitations

We publish these rather than wait until they are fixed, so you can make an informed procurement decision.

3.1 Data-dense workspace views

Some inventory, monitoring, and reporting views present information in wide tables and charts. Charts carry text alternatives and the underlying numbers are available as text or CSV export, but chart rendering itself is visual. Screen-reader users should prefer the CSV and PDF exports for those views.

3.2 Decorative and illustrative graphics

Some marketing graphics illustrate concepts (for example, sample readiness bars and evidence-graph diagrams). These are marked as decorative where the surrounding text already conveys the same information. If you find a graphic that carries information not available in text, please tell us — that is a bug.

3.3 Generated PDF documents

Compliance certificates, document packs, and audit-pack PDFs are generated programmatically and are not yet fully tagged for assistive technology (reading order, table semantics, and document structure tags are incomplete). This is a known gap on our roadmap. On request we will provide the same content in an accessible format — see section 5.

3.4 Third-party components

The embedded help assistant and any third-party sign-in flows are provided by external components whose conformance we do not control and have not independently assessed.

4. What we have done

• Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators across the marketing site and workspace.
• Skip-to-content links on marketing pages.
• Semantic headings, landmarks, and form labels.
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion; no auto-playing media and no content that flashes.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, including product screenshots.
• Colour is not used as the only means of conveying information (risk tiers carry text labels as well as colour).
• Content is readable and functional at 200% zoom and reflows to narrow viewports.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or you need any AICVS output (including a certificate, document pack, or audit pack) in an alternative accessible format, contact us:

Please tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge within 5 working days and to agree a remedy or timeline with you. Alternative formats are provided free of charge.

6. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, users in Ireland may contact the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission. Users elsewhere in the EU may contact the accessibility enforcement body in their own member state.

7. How this statement is maintained

This statement was prepared on 26 July 2026 based on an internal self-assessment of www.aicvs.io and app.aicvs.io. We review it at least every six months and after any significant redesign. If we complete an independent audit, we will publish the result here — including any findings that are unflattering.
