AICVS (AI Code Verification System) is a compliance platform that helps organisations meet their obligations under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689). It scans source code to detect AI usage signals, maps findings to specific regulation articles, generates cryptographic evidence chains, and produces the documentation that auditors and market surveillance authorities will ask for.
The EU AI Act applies to every company operating in the EU that uses AI — from a 10-person startup using ChatGPT to a 10,000-person bank deploying credit scoring models. But the regulation is 144 pages long, the enforcement deadline is 2 August 2026, and the existing tools are either free-but-generic (Semgrep, CodeQL) or enterprise-and-expensive (OneTrust, IBM OpenPages at €50K+/year).
AICVS fills the gap: affordable, code-aware compliance for the 99% of EU companies that aren't large enough for Big Four consulting.
Registered in Ireland (Companies Registration Office). Based in Limerick.
AICVS is the company's primary product. A patent has been filed via IPOI (Irish Patents Office) covering the core 13-method AI code detection pipeline. An EUTM trademark application is planned.
Source code is analysed in memory and immediately discarded. AICVS stores only scan metadata — filename, score, status, detected signals, article mapping, and the cryptographic evidence chain. Your actual code never touches persistent storage. All data is processed in the EU (Supabase EU region + Render Frankfurt).
